THE FOURTH ANNUAL

                     Competition Red, People's Choice,

                                     Showmanship

Competition Chili - A maximum 6 members per team.  Must cook a minimum of 1 quart of chili plus 2 gallons of chili for People's Choice.  (check out the rules page)  Prizes:  1st - $250, 2nd - $175, 3rd - $100.  Each team must participate in the People's Choice category and are entered into the Showmanship judging.

People's Choice - Each team is automatically entered into teh People's Choice.  The prize is $100 + Trophy.  Serving the folks starts at 11 am.

Showmanship - Judging based on originality, costumes, booth setup and crowd appeal.  All teams are eligible for this prize.  No entry fee.  Winner - $100 + Trophy.
