THE THIRD ANNUAL

                     Competition Red, People's Choice,

                                     Showmanship

Competition Chili - Entry fee $50/Team, maximum 6 members per team.  Must cook a minimum of 1 quart of chili plus 1 gallon of chili for People's Choice.  Competition Chili can NOT contain beans or fillers (check out the rules page)  Prizes:  1st - $250, 2nd - $175, 3rd - $100 + Trophy and entry fee for next year's cook-off.  Each team must participate in the People's Choice category and are entered into the Showmanship judging.

People's Choice - Entry Fee $20/Team.  Minimum of 1 gallon, may have beans or filler, can be prepared prior to event., maximum 6 members per team.  Winner - $100 + Trophy, plus entry into next year's cook-off.  Serving the folks starts at 11 am.

Showmanship - Judging based on originality, costumes, booth setup and crowd appeal.  Teams cooking in Competition or People's Choice are eligible for this prize.  No additional entry fee.  Winner - $100 + Trophy.
