This year there is no entry fee for teams.

Please limit yer team to 6 chili heads or less.  (Ya'll don't want to be trippin over each other!!) Your team will be automatically entered into the People's Choice and Showmanship competitions.  Each competition team must provide 2 gallons of chili for samplin by the public and 1 quart for the competition judges.  The People's Choice Award will be based on votes cast by the public for each team.

Remember all teams must provide 2 GALLONS of chili for the festival patrons.  After all, they gonna decide who's the "People's Choice".

Remember, dress up your booths, yourselfs, your kids...heck, just go nuts with it!!

All profits will go to benefit the Abita Springs Park. 

(and remember....chili is supposed to be HOT!)
