Entry for the Competiton Chili Cook Off is $50 per team. Please limit the teams to 6 chili heads or less.  (Ya'll don't want to be trippin over each other!!) Your team will be automatically entered into the People's Choice and Showmanship competitions.  Each competition team must provide 1 gallon of chili for the People's Choice and 1 quart for the competition judges.  Please read the rules for People's Choice.

If ya want to enter just the People's Choice competition, the entry fee is $20 and you're also entered into the Showmanship competition.  Each team will need to provide 1 gallon of chili for the chili judging crowd.

Remember all teams, Competition or People's Choice, must provide 1 GALLON of chili for the festival patrons.  After all, they gonna decide who's the "People's Choice".

Remember, dress up your booths, yourselfs, your kids...heck, just go nuts with it!!

All profits will go to benefit the Abita Springs Park. 

(and remember....chili is supposed to be HOT!)
